Health department: Three new COVID-19 cases

COLES COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — The Coles County Health Department said there were three new COVID-19 cases in the county, two of which are at the Charleston Rehab & Healthcare facility.

As of Friday, there are now 99 confirmed cases, including seven deaths, 30 recoveries and eight currently hospitalized patients. Of those positive cases, 55 are made up of residents and staff members from Charleston Rehab. Officials said not all employees live in Coles County.
