Charleston High School cancels graduation ceremony

CHARLESTON, Ill. (WCIA) — Charleston High School’s principal announced in-person graduations for the Class of 2020 have been canceled.

Both ceremonies scheduled for July 24 and August 7 have been canceled. In a letter to families, Principal Aaron Lock said the cancellation was because of Phase 4 limitations on public gatherings and guidance from ISBE.
