An electric cooperative is a not-for-profit business owned by the members who use Eastern Illini electricity. Unlike investor-owned utilities, Eastern Illini is member driven and community focused. Our goal is to provide safe and reliable power. Our service territory coves a ten county area from Arthur in the south to St. Anne in the north.
