Ingredients:
4 chicken leg and thigh quarters
1 ½ cups Kellogg’s cornflake crumbs
3 teaspoons onion powder
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt, iodized
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon celery salt
1 packet Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water

Directions:
1. Place your cornflakes in a zip lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin, you want them to be crushed but not too finely
2. Then pour the crushed cornflakes into a bowl and mix them with the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and celery salt
3. In a separate bowl mix the salad dressing mix with the olive oil, vinegar, and water and whisk it well to combine
4. Next dip a piece of chicken in the salad dressing and then in the cornflake crumb mixture
5. Place the chicken on a sheet pan and repeat step 4 with the remaining pieces of chicken
6. Bake at 400 for 55 minutes until the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the meat is no longer pink
