People want to know that someone has their best interest in mind – Sherri Stewart listens to people and their situation and work with them to find the best solution. Whether that is an employer of a small or large company, trying to find the most cost effective option for benefits for their employees, or the family who isn’t offered insurance through their job, or the husband and wife who are retired and trying to make ends meet on social security. Stewart tries to treat everyone how she would want someone to treat my family members at the different stages in their lives.
People want to know “How much does the insurance cost?” – there are many different factors – it depends on the exact plan and the person’s situation. Stewart really enjoys consulting with people to narrow down the exact need and find the right fit. It’s not just a one size fits all.
Insurance is more of a consultative approach based on the clients needs. Stewart has a computer program that is used often for individuals one on one to determine rates and plans. For employer groups, Stewart will send information out to carriers to quote the business.
Stewart focuses on service. Insurance is cut throat – we all offer the same thing, so Stewart wants to make her level of service stand out from others. Unfortunately, that isn’t something that people are going to see until they are with me, or they will learn it from word of mouth referrals. Stewart does her best to be honest with people, be prompt in returning emails and phone calls and provide the best service that she can.
