I run the residential side of the business. Everything from getting measurements, to putting together bids, to making sure install goes properly. People want to know how much longer there roof can last, want to know about warranties.
Major problem is feeling confident they are getting the right roof at the right price. We keep it simple, do in home consultations to explain the process, and break down each part of what we will do.
We are able to get our bids our faster then our competitors, and I believe our customer service puts us about the rest. We only do 2 residential roofs a day, to make sure we can give each customer the attention they deserve.
