Marcia Stevens, Owner of Champaign Fitness Center, is back to put us through various balance exercises using the BOSU ball.
We’re talking the importance of good balance and why one needs to continually practice balance activities. Most of us take balance for granted but the phrase “Use it or Lose It” really does apply to our balance skills! Good balance can prevent falls and injuries, and can also enhance performance in daily activities and sports.
We give our new members extra attention to help them find their way in the gym! All new members can receive a free orientation with a certified trainer, get guidance in choosing group fitness classes, and receive help from our knowledgeable staff at anytime. We are welcoming and friendly to our new and seasoned members!
