Lexi Finke is back in the CI Kitchen with a dish using fresh peaches which are in season right now.
- 1 (14.50z) can organic fire-roasted tomatoes
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 jalapeno (seeded, unless you want more spice!)
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/4 white onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- orange juice from 1 orange wedge
- sea salt
