New programs to try out this summer

Program Guide comes out March 12! That means summer registration also begins.

Here are 3 new things you will see in the guide:

Senior Walking Club – 50 Plus! wants to get you outside and moving this summer with their new Walk-A-Thon program using the new fitness trail at Douglass Park. Last Friday each month of June – August. FREE to 50 Plus! members!

Shuffle, ball change into a new tap classes for adults (ages 14+) and children (ages 8-13) & box step through our musical theatre /jazz dance classes (ages 10 & up). Tap classes are Wednesday nights and Jazz is on Monday nights.

New programs at Sholem Aquatic Center! Sholem Fitness programs, join our self-led classes in and out of the water! “Footsteps to Fitness” and “River Run/Walk” are both FREE to pass holders or $2/3.50 for Residents/Non-Residents. Also, back by popular demand, adult swim night gets you away from the kiddos and floating the night away.
