At Autumn Fields, we offer a cozy place to be with our common areas, fireplaces, 24 seat movie theater, and amazing lake view. We offer services such as medication management, three meals a day, 24 hour snack bar, an emergency pendant system that notifies our staff, cleaning and laundry assistance, and transportation to your local appointments.
