Guest Chef from Dish Passionate Cuisine, Colleen Hatton, is back in the CI Kitchen to help us celebrate National Cheeseburger Day!
Colleen suggests using a 60% beef and 40% brisket blend to make for a nice juicy burger! Plus, we’re using sharp cheddar and brioche bun to round things out!
Yummy Burger Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoon spicy pickle juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon onion grated
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
