U of I student chef Kara Gifford with the Bevier Cafe makes “Beef Bulgogi”.
It’s a Korean beef dish that includes thinly sliced flank steak that is marinated in a spicy sauce. The marinade includes soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, and other spices.
