We’re visiting Dr. Daniel Walk in Mahomet to learn more on his he helps patients discover the causes for their health issues and how he can help correct the problem.

Here’s more from Dr. Walk:

I’m like an electrician for people. Also, I work with women throughout their entire pregnancy and people of all ages with my youngest patient who was 5 minutes old at the time.

I can help people with conditions from back pain and headaches to herniated discs, sprained ankles, knee pain, irritability, sleep issues and helping to improve their health and wellness.

I’m frequently asked what is causing my symptoms, can you help and how much will it cost? How does Acupuncture work?

People should know it just takes 10 days of loss of motion between 2 vertebra for degeneration to start to set in and with regular chiropractic care you can help prevent spinal degeneration stay well and improve your overall health and well-being.

What problems does you organization solve? The Big Picture would be that with Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage and helping people to eat well, move well, and think well we can do our part to increase wellness within our community and address the nationwide trend of overspending on sick care and decline in overall health.

We do scans of the neck and spine to measure the functioning of the nervous system and have charts showing the nervous system as well as models of the spine in office.

I perform numerous Chiropractic techniques to provide each patient with the style of care that is best for him or her individually and for each specific condition. I also provide Acupuncture, Nutritional advice and we have 2 Wonderful massage therapists. All the services collectively allow us to provide the best of care our patients need.

I will be participating in the United Way and Hickory Point Bank BATTLE OF THE
PADDLE on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in Downtown Champaign.
