I understand you have to approach each client as there own individual. Sometimes one style of training, may not work for another. As a result, I try to evaluate what works and what doesn’t. The main goal is for us to work together and continue to push through obstacles.
My main goal with my clients to help them reach their particular goal. If it is losing weight, gaining muscle, and/or improve their overall health. I just want people to feel happy about themselves and I truly believe that starts from the inside. So my style is to educate health and fitness as much as possible. Providing the information to a client will help them gain the confidence and consistency to keep achieving there desire goal.
I believe champaign fitness center is extremely diverse. We have members from all age groups and different stages of there health/fitness journey. Each member has there own story and why they come to work out here. Most importantly, we support each other and always open to offer a helping hand.
Throughout the month of April we will be having special events for our members and the public as well. Vendors and service providers will be showcasing and sampling their good/services that centered around fitness/wellness. Several classes throughout the month will be open to the public. We will be advertising these events on our social media and we welcome member/non-members to come and enjoy.
