ILLINOIS (WCIA) — Republican state Senator Dan McConchie (R-Hawthorn Woods) joined Capitol Connection to explain his opposition to Governor Pritzker’s proposed progressive income tax, and to offer a counter amendment to the state’s constitution that would require a supermajority of votes to pass or raise any new taxes.
